Video: Raekwon Performs at NoiseMakers!!
By pmd on Jul 30, 2009 in Videos |
This may have been my favorite NoiseMakers yet. Not only did Raekwon drop gem after gem about the Wu and preview “House of Flying Daggers” off of Cuban Linx 2, but at the end of the show–he performed with the Cypher. This is Dallas Penn’s bootleg of that performance. FIRE! I’m sure there will be a lot more video to come later today.
Last night was official Rosenberg — Raekwon killed the performance. The next noisemakers cant come soon enough and holy shit that “House of Flying Daggers” is nuts!

ayo… classic shit here. Cuban Linx was THE album for me. It was the one where just when you thought Wu was the shit already, they went and topped themselves. I was really feelin’ kinda one way or the other about a Raekwon solo album. I thought he was nice, but that was where it stopped. NO WAY did I expect OB4CL… the interview def. took me back to that time.
