1. I will admit that I don’t like most of his music, but I got respect for Tech N9ne simply because he pretty much created his own scene and has one of the most diverse fanbases in all of hip-hop. I mean, juggalos and nu-metal kids like him, but he also has mad respect from the entire Bay Area scene (E-40, Yukmouth, all those Thizz artists, etc), sounds right at home on a track with Kool G Rap and Pharoahe Monch, and has mad respect from other established rappers ranging from Brotha Lynch Hung to Crooked I to Scarface to Paul Wall to Ill Bill.

   Apparently his live shows get pretty crazy, the ladies love this dude.

2. Never heard of this guy. “Yadadamean” unsettled me a bit, but I Youtubed him anyway. Listened to 4 random videos of his, some of which have upwards of a million views…

   He rhymes over garbage beats, so I can’t even bother to listen to what he has to say. I’ll watch the rest of that interview later, but damn. Dude can probably rap, too. It’s a shame.

5. I agree that the type of beats he raps over just aren’t my thing, and I don’t like his hooks either. He’s pretty much a technically perfect MC and a super super talented and creative dude, he just doesn’t make music that I like.

   And how the fuck does putting horror themes in your music make it “satanic”? For some real rap devil shit, listen to some very early Triple 6/Three 6 Mafia joints.

   Just listened to “Message to the black man”, sounds like he grand-standing for white folks, sounds like a b!tch-move, dude has a slippery grip on reality. If you are going to be different be different, don’t bitch up. What does he think all black people are mandated to attend his events??? I support the afro-punk scene and the afro-punk festival and understand their plight, but don’t use race as a cop-out. Thats like these small-minded rappers who aren’t aware there is a difference b/w constructive criticism and hating. He’s doing the same thing, if they don’t feel you, then they don’t feel you.
