I am not a big fan of him using the word “hate” or saying that he doesn’t care about “Juan Ep” and I don’t appreciate him sonning me after I tried to make sh*t cool. That said–y’all love Juan Epstein. What should I do?

Although its effed up that ciph put juan ep in between your bull-ish, he did it out of irrationality and anger.
Rosenberg you effed up, if i remember correctly you could’ve put a stop to the wii thing right then and there when it was promised, OR if in some scenario where you didn’t have the money available to give (WHICH I DOUBT DUE TO YOUR NEW JOB) then you should’ve postponed the buying of the gift a couple weeks to save up.
P.S. I suggest you have a “dolo” podcast where its just you and ciph (NO Juanito, No rico, no guest). this way you guys can patch things up and let out whatever needs to be said.

alright i don’t usually do this but ill make an exception for this. First rosenberg big fan, as young jewish brother enthralled with hip-hop you (and ebro) are like idols to me, real spit. Don’t get it twisted im not one of these bum ass bloggers this is the first time i’ve ever commented i usually just read, listen and watch and keep my opinions to myself. But since i know you actually read these ill respond.
The podcast was a smart idea. I liked it, but its dead leave it alone. The chemistry is what set the show apart. That can’t be faked. I hope you as a person who respects real hip-hop can understand why a listenr won’t want to listen to fake shit. Hope everything works out for the best.

Rosenberg your my link into the juan epstein world. i actually only fucked with your real late show. until about episode 4 of juan epstein was out, n the commenters were going nuts it was a day late. but in one of ur episodes Ciph said u wouldnt ride for the team. and thats what im seeing here.

That has to be decided by you guys Juan and Epstein. You are not getting paid to put up with the frustration and neither is he. If u guys CANT get along then a podcast isnt the right way to handle that. Hot 97 is job. Everything else is our priveledge untill its over and thats something we have to deal with. I know this online thing is your lane so im positive we will not have a lack of content. What made Juan Epstein so dope was that balance between you 2. If both of you are not ready to put up their weight or just come half ass then it just wont work.

The premise: 2 Hot 97 DJs (Jew and Rican) work together, live together, cover Hip-Hop together, try to lose weight together, go shopping for kicks together, argue over who forgot to clean up after themselves, smoke weed vs. don’t smoke weed, Rosenberg’s friends vs. Ciph’s friends at the crib, what to watch on TV: sports, politics, news vs. The Hills. Reggae music vs. Hip-Hop.
The same guests that pop up on radio pop up at your ultra NYC crib sponsored by MTV or whoever and just chill talk NYC, food, hip-hop
Ciph goes on movie auditions, Rosenberg tries to get Gigs at clubs, The Comedy Show, yall going out, being bored at clubs, mingling with celebs, stars., trying to kick game at girls,
Cipha wont go for it, but it be pretty good TV to see him get heated at camera, spaz out and maybe kick/smack Rosenberg or camera man.
I see it as some Flight of the Concords/ The Hills/ Rob & Big/ Rap City / any Diddy show.

When I see yall two argue on the radio and on the podcast, I see my rap group (who are signed on a label that’s internationally known — WON’T SAY THE NAME) arguing and fighting due to “what the people want”.
But on the real, if Juan AND Epstein both doesn’t want “what the people want”, and they give it to them anyway, then it’s going to get to a point where the show “jumps the shark” and fall off. It seems as if Cipha Sounds is pulling a Dave Chappelle move because he doesn’t want to get to that point. I’m a big Juan Epstein fan, but if yall have to go seperate ways for the best outside of Hot 97, then do what is NEEDED, not wanted.
Take it from a man who can no longer rap for the love because of “what the people want”.
Hopefully you do make up and continue this podcast because it is new to a lot of people, but if yall don’t, then I understand.

One Wasilla resident who voted for the complex is Mike Edwards. He says he spends about an hour a day at the facility watching his son play. He says he’s glad government stepped in to build the new ice because privately run rinks are much more expensive, costing teams as much as $300 an hour to practice compared to $185 at the public rink.
CBS News obtained 86 pages of city council documents that show Palin sought to justify the tax increase to fund the sports complex in part because the private sector had not stepped in to fill the gap. She noted the strong support in the community as a reason to move ahead.

Yeah long story short P was warned not to mention Don & Mike since there was some hostility. P again mentioned them after the warning but were only found out because the bitch who I believe was their producer told the higher ups. Ultimately P was let go at WJFK and that incident also prevented him from getting a gig at another CBS owned station in New York.
