Uh Oh…

4 am –

I have been telling my girlfriend repeatedly that we should not be getting our hopes up about the Redskins’ first three underwhelming preseason victories. First off all–preseason? Second of all, we’re not going to know what this team is made of until week one against the world champs.

This preseason trouncing in a game where Redskins starters played for an entire half is a very bad sign, though. And ex-football player and current Dancing with the Stars hearthrob, Jason Taylor, was lost to what looks to be a knee sprain.

Listen I have faith in this team. They have endured a lot and they work very hard. I also believe Clinton Portis is due for 1,400 yard season. But success this year will require some immense work and struggle. Ok the USA is only up two points and I normally wake up at this time every day. Wow.

LMAO at the skins being a contender ever? do you care to break down who has been more successful over the last 20 years between the skins and packers? better yet–are you one of those packers fans that actually believes the packers will be contenders this year with a quarterback who has started 6 games in his career? I really wouldn’t be talking sh*t if I were you

as for the mccain ad…that shits random..I gotta do something to prevent mccain ads..

  6. As a giants fan – I’m not mad you guys struggled – lol..but on the real the NFC East is !! (reminds me of the late 80s early 90s). As for your ‘Skins give Cambpell sometime to get readjusted and your D is always solid. I see 9-7/10-6 as a good possiblity so a wild card is in hopes

  7. ^ my bad meant to say “on the real the NFC East is Back and reminds of the late 80s early 90s when it was the best division in football hands down.

  9. pmd…

Like it hasnt been done before,

ben roethlisberger won the super bowl in his first year… they had a good defense like the packers

tom brady after being under bledsoes wing led the pats mid season and won the super bowl… they had a good defense like the packers

please dont compare the skins to the packers. While we’ve been to the super bowl twice and numerous playoff appearances (including a loss to the eventual superbowl champs), the redskins have gone from Qb to Qb, had one of the best defenses in the league and STILL were crippled by an overzealous owner in snyder who thinks he knows more about football then the people he pays million dollar salaries to..

    so uh packers and pats

  11. im not saying i love dan snyder..in fact its quite the opposite, but I’m just saying–to think the Packers are on some much higher level than the Skins are this year is crazy..last year was a total fluke for the Pack and this year I will be shocked to see them come anywhere near last year…

and disco vietnam..did you write that comment before or after we found out Osi is out for the year and Taylor is out 10-14 days?

  12. hey rosenberg, you think obama ever dropped the n bomb?

    Bun B | Aug 24, 2008 | Reply

  13. Please dont refer to my team as a fluke, they have a great young defense and a good receiving core.

A fluke is a mediocre team (LIKE THE GIANTS) catching heat late in the season and beating arguably the best team since the merger.

  14. the pack are a good team, but 13-3 was a fluke to me..im sorry..i like them and love favre but i didn’t think they were ever 13-3 good…

  20. Just moved to dc from charlotte and you guys talk about the redskins like they won the superbowl last year them fuckers is wack. The Panthers killed them and that was a preseason game. I felt real bad about Sean Taylor but he couldn’t help you with that ass whippin.
