This had to be the best Clipse interview i have heard so far. Usual when i hear a interview with the Clipse its usually about some bullshit like the beef with Lil Wayne..i dont wanna hear dat i wanna get to know them better and hear them talk about music. Im from VA I always been a fan of the Clipse even from their first album “Audio Footage” which wasn’t ever released.
Thanks Rosenberg.
clipse just went from good to great in my book by bigging up bmore. i saw them last week when they were here for artscape. cats are mad talented and put on an ILL set. the only thing was the crowd wasn’t rocking with them too hard cuz people didn’t know all that much of their catalogue. i was literally the only one chanting their lyrics. they have two DOPE studio albums on which they spit absolute FIRE over some of pharrell’s best beats.
the fact that these dudes haven’t ridiculously blown up is a sad, sad, commentary on the state of commercial hip hop today.
rosenberg almost dropped the n bomb in this episode…rosenberg dont act like you never dropped the n bomb while listening to biggie, nas, pun, big l, group home, lord finesse, mobb deep…i know you have
im white as day and i admit i have many times dropped the n bomb while just listening and rappin along with the song…
First of all I want to say I love this show and I love you guys. But…I hate it when Rosenberg gets political. I understand that your surrounded by political issues due to your family, but that shit is a turn off. Not everyone that listens to hip hop is Democrat and anti Fox News. It seems to me that in that episode with MCA everytime you guys mention why you love Obama it has nothing to do with policy, but because of personality. Please do some research on what this guy stands for. Keep up the dope show though.
damn you guys are going in today

Can someone explain why Malice thought “Juan Epstein” was racist? Does it have to do specifically with “Welcome Back Kotter”?
I’m confused….
