You went hard (pause) on Asher Roth. Look, the dude raps over A Millie & now he’s exposed? Come on, half the idiots who rapped over that beat ain’t say shit anyway. Honestly, Mr. “What’s a goon to a goblin” was lucky he got first crack at it. Dude has some skills. There’s some mindnumbing hype surrounding him, but there was the same hype surrounding Jay Electronica & the 5 albums he was planning to put out. Give dude a few listens before saying his hype ain’t warranted.

I dunno Rosenberg. I think Asher Roth is dope. He freestyles pretty well to claim that he “isnt a rapper” (a statement I hate hearing from RAPPERS but oh well………) we havent heard to many songs in terms of concepts from him but I wanna see what happens with this guy.

asher roth is that dude who you heard freestyle at a hundred freestyles and you thought he was dope for about 10 minutes and then completely forgot about him. he’s good, but its been done before.
