It took 10 years, but Paul Pierce has truly become an all-time Celtic. He has always been on his way, but it’s official. The Celtics made me very proud tonight. I was not a believer until we went on the road and closed out Detroit. That is called “something champions do”. BEAT LA!

I think people are underestimating how much Gasol is going to do in this series. The KG-Gasol match-up is going to be the thing to watch. Same goes for the bench. As much as I dislike Phil Jackson from being a Knicks fan, you know the man has a completely out-of-this world gameplan for Doc and the Celts. Doc just isn’t ready for this. Oh shit, and Jesus Shuttlesworth and Kobe can continue their beef. I love it.

Lamar Odom is truly the key, Boston simply has no answer for him defensively, if he can get his offense going it is going to allow Kobe more one on one looks at the rim. Boston, while excelling at team defense, lacks a shut down defender on the perimeter and if Odom proves to be a reliable scoring option it will not allow Boston to double Bryant.

I dont even care who wins now that my squad is out but i’ll be pissed if the Celtics get beat to death be LA. I know my Pistons would kill LA in 5 or less. I’m just glad the Spurs are out and the finals are watchable this year.
