Praying for Sean Taylor…

I was in the hospital with my brother this morning (he’s having an appendectomy as we speak and should be just fine in a few hours) when I found out that Sean Taylor was shot last night.

I am not a religious man but I am praying for Sean. He has made a lot of mistakes and I am not sure what kind of enemies he has made in his personal life, but he’s a kid. He’s a talented kid who is beloved by the people he works with and the fans that watch him play. He was also on his way to being an all time great. At this point he is said to be “clinging to life” after losing a lot of blood. The story of the break in (read it here) is very weird and worrisome, but right now it’s just time to think positive things and pray if that’s what you do.
