A Pro Bowl without Tom Brady?? Nah man…..nah

I looked at the stats. Yeah–Phillip Rivers, Peyton Manning, and Carson Palmer all have better numbers than Tom Brady. Slightly better numbers to be honest. But can we just keep it real for a second?? Those first three guys may turn out to be winners one day, but they’re not winners yet–not true winners. Who was really thinking about the Patriots during the off season? Who ever thinks about the Patriots actually?? Yet somehow, every year the Patriots are contending. Here they are–10-4, Brady has thrown for over 3,000 yards and 22 touchdowns–almost all of which to people you’ve never heard of before. Play this little game. Take all three quarterbacks who made the Pro Bowl and think of their receivers. Some huge names are probably coming to mind. Now think of Brady’s receiver core…wait for it….yeah..I have no idea either. Brady is not the most talented QB in the AFC, but he is the best—and he should’ve been sent to Hawaii…
